Aglow Safaris Booking Policy

Welcome to Aglow Safaris! We are thrilled to assist you in planning your unforgettable adventure. Please take a moment to review our Booking Policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Booking Process

  • Reservation Confirmation: To secure your safari booking, please complete our online reservation form or contact our booking team directly via email or phone. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully processed.

  • Required Information: When booking, please provide accurate personal information, including full name, contact details, travel dates, and any special requirements or preferences.

2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation to confirm your booking.

  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 week before your scheduled departure date. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Guest:

    • More than 60 days before departure: 100% of the total booking cost will be refunded.

    • 16 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be refunded.

    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

  • Cancellation by Aglow Safaris:

    • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your safari due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Alternatively, we may offer you the option to reschedule your safari at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain services, such as entrance fees, permits, or special excursions, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Amendments by Guest:

    • Date Changes: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    • Participant Numbers: Changes in the number of participants must be communicated at least [X] days before departure and may affect pricing.

    • Special Requests: Any special requests or alterations to the itinerary must be made at least [X] days in advance and are subject to availability and additional costs.

  • Amendments by Aglow Safaris:

    • We reserve the right to make necessary changes to your booking itinerary for safety, security, or other operational reasons. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and offer suitable alternatives or refunds as applicable.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings. Aglow Safaris is not responsible for any loss, injury, or inconvenience resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

6. Health and Safety

  • Medical Requirements: Guests must disclose any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

  • Safety Regulations: All guests are required to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by Aglow Safaris staff and guides during the safari.

7. Liability

Aglow Safaris strives to provide exceptional safari experiences. However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Acts of Nature: Including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or wildlife behavior.

  • Government Actions: Such as travel restrictions, visa issues, or changes in local laws that may affect your safari.

  • Personal Items: Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the safari.

8. Force Majeure

Aglow Safaris shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Booking Policy due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or governmental regulations.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data.
